Challenge: Create surveys for online consumer retailer: one for website feedback, one for customer service and one for satisfaction after delivery. Track and forward results and learning on a monthly basis.

 

 

Project: Conduct and summarize CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEY for retailer

Challenge: Design and create multi-leg, segmented customer service survey for retailer. Work with graphics designer and promotions manager to design one-page mailer and offer completion incentive. Tally, segment and analyze mailed results and write 6-page research summary plus charts. Present results to owner of company and staff, plus develop recommendations for improvement.

Challenge: Prepare and administer online survey for residents to assess impact of speeding and possible alternatives. Arrange to have responses sent directly to neighborhood rep in customized format so that it is easier to tally and summarize.

Challenge: Write a post-training session feedback form for participants to rate a training session. Allow for a scale of 1-5, plus lots of opportunity for open-ended comments to improve the session.

 

 

 

Project: Create TRAINING SESSION EVALUATION FORM for training manager

Challenge: Develop a one-page evaluation form that allowed for ratings of: the facilitator, the workshop, the workshop materials and the overall rating. Allow one area for open ended comments, questions, critiques and praise.

 

 

Project: Create PROGRAM EVALUATION PROPOSAL for manager at a university

Challenge: Create a research and evaluation strategy for both formative and summative evaluations for a training program. Target audience for delivery was  university advisors and faculty, and a strategy needed to be developed for testing and rolling out training program.
